Sam: Politic is hot again!
John: What happened? Is there anyone burn something at the White House?
Sam: Nohhh. They are fighting over women’s contraception. Democrat wants insurance companies to provide every woman birth control but Republican says it violates religions’ rights. People don’t know that when this issue will be solved.
John: They don’t have to fight each other. This is an easy problem.
Sam: Are you sure—this is an easy problem?
John: Of course, I’m sure. It’s very easy.
Sam: How?
John: If Government can’t provide every woman birth control, they can give every man cock rings and make sure that men know how to tie it tight.
